The video that spoke the most to me was the "Spoken word to inspire storytelling: I Feel Fired Up".
The message in the video was beautiful and it puts things into perspective. It really reminded me that sometimes we need to let go of expectations and that we don't have to figure everything out in this moment. We can take a step back and appreciate the little things. Spend time with our loved ones, spend time with nature, take time to breath and simply to the things that makes our soul full and happy.
As promised I wanted to share with you that one of my favorite videos is the one with Nicki on Emotional Orchestra Movement. I love how dynamic she is and the movements she embodied. It felt energizing and lively.
The movement for relaxation is my favorite. I'm a big fan of meditation & stretching as a way to ground myself when I hit rough patches during the day. I like that she is showing us the movements & explaination. It would be nice to also add in just a few mins to focus on meditation & breathing because I feel that adding it to the video with further enhance the feeling of relaxation.
Thank you for those videos, they come helpful in these difficult times that we are going through. I love most of the videos!!! Wellness recorded video 4.1 is a great way to start your day full of energy. It’s a nice and easy workout to do to lift your energy up with Gina & Dahrio Wonder. Wellness recorded video mindfulness 2.1 is a good reminder to stop for a moment and realize all the blessings that we have and to be grateful for them.
I enjoyed Nicki's presentation. They are so applicable not just at work, but in our everyday lives- at home with our families, and with friends in the community. I will be watching the rest of the videos this week!

I really enjoyed the Get it in Video with Dharia Wonder. I just wanted to let you know the video was amazing and I really enjoyed the exercise and loved his energy. I am looking foward to the Mindfulness videos next.
I love dancing so much. A suggestion I have would be to add more meditations and as for dancing, add more dance genres such as zumba or jazz: excellent exercise and very fun!!
I watched the video hiphopturnup: get it in and get it done and thought that it was a very fun video. I liked the enthusiasm that the dancer had and the energy was very positive. The dance was great and fun to follow along.
I watched hip hop. #1. It’s a fun video within my ability now, getting started with exercise.
I have enjoyed several of the HipHop Turn Up videos! I love to dance so this is perfect for me! Also Gratitude as an Attitude was very good! Thanks for all the Wellness resources!
I have watched a couple of the dance videos (so much fun and energizing!) and the introduction to Tai Chi videos (incredibly grounding and focusing), and I'm so appreciative that such a variety is available for us to further our wellness practices! Thank you so much!
i have watched the dance video and I like it - makes me move and dance to the music too. thank you!
Kudos to these videos, I like the liveliness and easy to follow hip hop moves! Way to go!
Good morning! I was able to watch one video and I enjoyed it. I dance with him and it’s not boring. Thank you!

Loved the short hip hop videos. Very clear instructions, fun to watch and easy to follow. Also loved the yoga videos. It's especially wonderful that I am able to go back to those videos and "get it done" on my own time! Keep 'em coming!
I enjoyed the Dahrio Wonder Hip Hop, I have lost 40 pounds in the past following himself and his wife Gina with Zumba.
We love the videos by Dahrio Wonder and play them at break on the large TV monitor in our classroom.
More like 10min, but enjoyed every minute of it. I like short workouts every now and then when I don't have much time. I feel like I at least did something for the day.
I just watched #HipHopTurnUp: Get It In & Get It Done #1 video by Dahrio Wonder and I absolutely loved it. What a great way to start my morning. It was very relaxing and motivating. Dahrio got some great moves.
My hoodie size is XS or S. Thank you so much
I watched the hip hop video called “Get it in & Get it Done #1” it was a 13 mins video and it did exactly what it stated…Get it in & Get it DONE! Dahrio Wonder is very clear with his instructions/movements and encouraging throughout the video! It was a great way to get reenergized and get your blood plumping. This video was well worth my break and I can not wait to check out the rest of the videos!
Hip hop video was great.
I have watched the dance videos and they are fun to watch and trying it with them at our breaks. I will tell our director about these videos so we can use them at our staff meetings. Thank you for sharing them with us.

I love the tai chi videos- we used both part 1 & 2 for our self care sessions!
First I do want to say that I love how the videos are setup and the ease of access and how clear all of the videos are presented! I love that the movement videos (yoga, tai chi, etc.) are readily available and love that they are also so positive and inclusive !
They really are such an asset to have and I have already referred a few people to the page and some specific videos. Some of the exercises really are so nice to do if I'm overwhelmed in the middle of my day or to even start my day ( I only say some because I have not had a chance to watch them all yet!) But I Love the work that is being done because it is much needed!!

Enjoyed this short breathing exercise. Will do more often.
