Request for Proposals - HIV Services

What:
Contra Costa Health Services' HIV/AIDS and STD Program is seeking proposals from community-based organizations, for HIV services in Contra Costa County. The request for proposal (RFP) was released today.
Who:
The HIV/AIDS and STD Program is looking for community-based organizations with 501(c)3 non-profit status that are experienced in providing housing advocacy services, food services, legal services and medical van transportation for people living with HIV/AIDS in Contra Costa.
These funds are available through Contra Costa Health Services from the Federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Ryan White Treatment Modernization Act and Housing for People with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA) grant from HUD.
When & Where:
An informational meeting to explain the RFP requirements and to answer questions will be held on Tuesday, September 3 at 3:00 p.m. in the HIV/AIDS and STD Program Conference Room at 597 Center Avenue Room 120, in Martinez.
Proposals are due to the HIV/AIDS and STD Program by 3:00 p.m. on October 14 An electronic version of the RFP guidelines and instructions is available at www.cchealth.org/aids or can be requested at 925-313-6771.

Services funded through this RFP are intended to help stabilize clients' lives, reduce barriers to receiving medical attention, and improve health outcomes.
