Contra Costa Health Officer Calls for National Health Care Reform in Latest Podcast

WHAT:
Dr. William Walker, Contra Costa County Health Officer and Director of Contra Costa Health Services, discusses the importance of national health care reform and debunks myths about the current proposal in his latest podcast launched today.
WHY:
Dr. Walker talks about why national health care reform is critically needed to provide people with affordable and adequate health care. As a practicing physician for more than three decades, he explains how the Country's broken health care system affects us all - most recently people losing their jobs and their health coverage. He urges people to participate in forums where questions can be answered and more voices can be heard.
WHO:
