Volunteers Needed to Help at Pittsburg Community Flu Clinic

What
Contra Costa Health Services needs volunteers to help staff its fourth community H1N1 and seasonal flu vaccination clinic December 6. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided to volunteers.
Who
Medical volunteers are needed to give injections and screen patients. Non-medical volunteers are needed to greet patients, help with traffic control, collect paperwork and provide general support. Medical volunteers must provide a valid medical license.
When & Where
Volunteers are needed for shifts between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Sunday, December 6 at the Pittsburg Health Center, 2311 Loveridge Road, Pittsburg. The free indoor, walk-up clinic will be open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and both H1N1 and seasonal flu vaccine will be offered to priority groups as supplies last.
