The winter and spring months typically mean more cases of norovirus so Contra Costa Health Services (CCHS) has chosen the highly contagious stomach illness as the latest topic of its podcast, an audio presentation available on the CCHS website.

Why

Norovirus outbreaks are common in nursing homes and other places where people live in close living quarters. The two-minute podcast features CCHS Director William Walker, MD, talking about how to help prevent the spread of norovirus.
